Desription: Brown Construction Industrial Area Levoča – South (HPZL-South) is located in the southern part of the administrative area of road communications along Levoča II. Class no. 533 in the direction of Spišská Nová Ves. The investment plan fully respects Levoča Land Use Plan, the requirements of the client as construction and industrial buildings for future investors.
Main goal of the investment plan of the construction of Brown Levoča industrial zone – the South is the preparation of the site for potential investors.Industrial park including within its existing premises one Hall M4 and administrative part of a planned construction of three new production facilities (Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 3), the required production capacities and the infrastructure will be built to serve as a comprehensive industrial area providing employment opportunities for residents of the region Levoča with creating optimal conditions for the entry of other industrial producers.
