Project: Management and Maintenance Centre in Banska Bystrica (Slovak republic)

Description: The first Slovak PPP project is divided into four sections, one of which represents R1 – northern bypass of Banská Bystrica. Construction of the new expressway sparked the need for the construction of the Centre, through which the concessionaire GRANVIA and its subsidiary Granvia Operation can easily provide road maintenance during the winter period.
The resort consists of: office buildings, garages, warehouses, salt silos, parking spaces, places to waste space on the car wash, paved areas, fencing and appropriate technological equipment.
