Description: The first Slovak PPP project, R1 Motorway, consist of 4 new motorway sections Nitra- Selenec, Selenec- Beladice, Beladice- Tekovské Nemce and Northem Baypass of Slovak city Banská Bystrica in total lenght app. 52km. Construction of these missing parts of R1 Motorway shall connect the Slovak capital city Bratislava with the city Banská Bystrica located in the middle part of Slovakia. The scope of the work represents the Property- law services and Engineering activity for the Contractor- Granvia Construction s.r.o.
